He joined Coopers & Lybrand which merged into PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he held
the position of Tax Manager. In 1999, Carl went in-house and become Head of Risk,
Tax & Legal of British American Tobacco in Belgium. Subsequently, he became Tax
Counsel of the Belgian stocklisted Omega Pharma in 2004.
Carl advises clients on various issues of corporate and personal income tax,
including domestic and international restructuring and optimisation.
Carl is fluent in English, Dutch and French.
